PCB CONFORMAL COATING

Many of our Military and commercial customers require conformal coating for the harsh environment their PCB assemblies endure. We have a dedicated Conformal coating department that handles standard conformal coating types such as acrylic, silicon, and polyurethane. Each type has different performance characteristics, pros and cons. We are also able to provide Parylene conformal Coating. EPOXY and RTV

We apply epoxies of various types to rigid and flexible PCB's. Epoxy is used to encapsulate, reinforce connectors, strengthen flexible circuits in the rigid to flex interfaces, and to generally add strength where it is needed on Printed circuit boards of all types. Our highly skilled technicians mix epoxy to specification with our without special fillers using precise measuring and mixing procedures. Epoxy is applied to the PCB using use several processes including precision programmable dispensers.
